No Wuss Monday

I am declaring today, No Wuss Monday!

Why?

Because today was a(nother) CrossFit-/Life-lesson for me. I was pretty tired and sore from yesterday’s Gunnison excursion and really did not feel like working out. I came up with all sorts of really good reasons why I’d skip the WOD.

But, I knew I was just being a baby and, eventually, the lifts and WOD won out. As usual, I was so glad I did and feel so much better.

“Boy, I sure am glad I stayed home and skipped working out today.” said no decent human being ever.
