1 rm snatch. You must overcome your fear of getting under the bar today and squat snatch. We know you can pull the bar high and power snatch…now get under it.

Then:
Run 400
10 Hang power clean 135/95
20 Deadlift 135/95
30 Knees to elbows…this means you must bring your knees to your elbows and touch
20 Deadlift
10 Hang power clean
Run 400

This workout was a fast and furious effort and had something for everyone. Something a little heavy, something bodyweight, something for moving over the earth, something slow, and something powerful. The 8:15 group had quite a drubbing as the race was on. Everyday at class we are pushing ourselves, but every now and again, we get pushed by those around us in a friendly way and it encourages and inspires us to push harder in a friendly way. Today was one of those days.
