AMRAP in 20 minutes:

5 handstand push ups

10 pistols

15 pull ups

We witnessed something very scary today during the early workout.  As many of you know, Brian is big and strong.  However, Big Strong Brian did not know how to kip and floundered every workout he encountered pull ups.  Well….today, Big Strong Brian did kipping pull ups.  The result?  He crushed the workout.

What does this mean?  Big Strong Brian just turned into Bigger Stronger Fast Brian.  Lookout everyone.

Nice job, Brian.  Your hard work is paying great dividends.
