…Some days, it’s just good to do a little skill work and then move on to some rolling around on the floor. That’s today.

Warm up:
100 jump rope
50 sit ups

As a group:
Olympic warm up
Teaching the high hang squat clean…remember your hips…hint, hint, hint…

Then:
Spend 15 minutes working on the high hang clean

Then:
Spend 15 minutes on mobility. Ahhhhhhhh…
