More funner than the day before!

Some of you are wondering about the CrossFit Games Competition this year.  Affiliates will be hosting the first round of competition in which athletes can compete and submit their times and/or scores in the hopes of moving to the next level of competition.  More folks will be able to compete this year doing one workout per week for six weeks.  This link describes the basics of how the affiliates can validate workouts for athletes.  Who is in?  Everyone?

Warm up: Burgener warm up, weighted Burgener warm up, rock and roll drills, row two to five minutes for form.

Mobility:  Shoulders on the bands, sit on the wall with your back on the floor and open your hips.

Then:

Four rounds for time:

21 pull ups, 15 overhead squats 95/65, 9 box jumps.
