Then:
AMRAP 7 minutes
10 ring dips
2 handstand push ups
10 spiderman push ups

Great work by everyone pushing and gaining new limits. Remember that when we are working to get that new one rep max, don’t sneak up on the new weight. Usually, we have a reasonable idea of what we may be able to lift on that day. Get to your max and get a new and bigger number. This is the day where we may our gains…find your limit.
