PR, PR, and more PR’s!

Holy smokes folks! Lot’s of big one rep max’s today. Another amongst us made the 400 pound club. More got twice body weight. Another 245 from the ladies. Who will be the first lady to pick up 300 pounds? We have several candidates. Who will be the first to pick up 500 pounds?

Everyone is working super hard and it shows. We are very proud of all of you and your hard work.

One rep max deadlift
Then:
21-15-9 deadlift 165/135
24-30-18 double unders
Finish with 150 single jump ropes

Extra Credit:
Row 1,000 meters
30 box jumps, American kettlebell swings, burpees
Row 500
20 box jumps, American kettlebell swings, burpees
Row 500
10 box jumps, American kettlebell swings, burpees
Row 1,000
Drag sled with 45 pounds and add 25 pound weight vest one mile.
