100 single jump rope jumps
20 double unders
10 sit ups
10 push ups

Mobility:
Pain ball on your hams and glutes

Then:
21-15-9
Wipers
Ball clean 20/12
Roll up squats
Run around the round about

Enjoy the intensity of this workout. The next few days are going to be fun and high on the fun/suck scale so be prepared. And make sure you are getting out and enjoying the mountains while it is still summer. Some of the ladies just got back from a few days backpacking. Parker and Aimee have been out hiking and playing in the water. If your not making he most of the warm weather, make the decision to do something soon before it is too late. After all, one of the reasons we build our fitness in the gym is to be outdoor superhero’s in our backyard.

And how is the extra credit going? Anyone else take up the challenge to drag a sled two miles around the river trail? Some may have done it twice already. Some may have added weight from the first time. Some may have even included a river crossing. Who among us will take this opportunity to work on their hams and glutes as well as their fortitude? Any more takers? Anyone interested in this fun little challenge should step into fray. And if you drag for two miles, should you consider four? Guess we’ll see who wants to get some.
