Rest Day

A few things to think about.

We have some new toys on the way this week. We are continually improving our technique, our ability to coach, and our equipment. We are constantly looking to bring you the best methods and exercises. We get feedback from you periodically but if you like something we are doing, please let us know. If there is somewhere you think we can improve, let us know.

Deleting burpees or thrusters or some other heinous exercise from our stable of movements is not something we will consider, so if you were ready for a smart remark suggesting the above…forget it. Or suggest it and be the proud owner of some motivational consequences, a la Coach Mike Burgener.

Always try new things. We have two new offerings to allow you to get stronger and more proficient at some of the movements we utilize that have the side benefit of making you stronger and faster. Our Olympic lifting class on Monday nights, and our Powerlifting class on Thursday and Friday mornings. Let us know if you want to try either one of these. We have stocked up on the equipment necessary for you to get more practice. Join us, be better every day, and have fun.

    I can highly recommend the Thurs/Fri morning Powerlifting class. In addition to the great programming, coaching and camaraderie the fresh coffee and continental breakfast is to die for. Get some!
