10 squats
10 sit ups
10 lunge steps
10 good mornings

Mobility:
roll hams and glutes

Box Squat
Either a new 1rm, or 6×2 for form.

Then:
AMRAP 10 minutes
10 American KB swings 52/35
15 box jumps 24/20
