Rest day

It has been a big week at the gym!  Lots of PRs.  Working on the jump rope skills we learned last sunday.  Enjoying some Burpees. Hahaha!

How is the nutrition going this month?  Did you have some issues with chocolate and treats over Valentines Day?  Each day we have an opportunity to make a decision about our nutrition for the day, make a good decision today, and again tomorrow.  Drink lots of water and eat your veggies!

Have you signed up for the CrossFit games yet?  Why not????  It is fun to see how you rank in this huge, amazing community of CrossFitters all over the world.  First workout will be released on Wednesday!

Today is a day off from the gym, but not our lives.  Make good choices today.  Get some sunshine.  Look at the stars.
