Running Class Update

We are half way through our running drill class and we are all having fun learning the Pose method of running.  There are some giggles at how we look, giggles at some of the drills, and giggles at how we learn.

In order to be good at something we must first have the ability to be bad at something.  When learning new skills we all have to check our ego at the door so we can move ahead.  Nice job to everyone willing to step out of their comfort zone and learn a new skill.Alan is a Pose method coach and both Faith and Alan are CrossFit Endurance certified.  If you want additional coaching, please let us know and we can provide individual or small group training for running specific skills or for endurance related training programs.  Treat your program as a skill and be more durable, faster, and more efficient.  It’s more fun that way!

Saw a link to this post today.  Abstract information about how strength training helps improve running in several ways including maximal oxygen consumption and time to exhaustion.  We could all use increases in both.
