Everyone was feeling it today.  Holy samoa’s (yes, the Girl Scout cookie).

Mobility: psoas, shoulders overhead.

22 box jumps

22 burpees

22 wall ball 12/20

How tough are you today?

And how are your double unders?  The number to beat right now is 202.  Are you practicing the skill?  Are you seeing improvement?  Are you listening and learning?  Two weeks left on our challenge for the month, so if you aren’t trying, you have to ask yourself, why.

    I did this one, with KB modification for wall balls, the other day. Woo-eee! Good one. Oh, and put me on the board for Double Unders 1! I got a bunch mixed in with singles on Friday. What a relief to finally get one. Nice work whoever got 202 and to everyone else working on improving the skill. One more thing, passed on superman/woman pushups to my friend here in Maine who has already added them into WODs 🙂
