Snatch day, fun day
Although is complicated, practicing the different parts of the snatch can make your lift better. Thus:
Snatch grip dead lift: 3-3-3
Snatch pulls: 1-1-1-1-1
Overhead squats: 3-3-3
We have said many times that doing CrossFit is like being a kid. We throw stuff, jump over stuff, run, throw, tumble, get upside down… Thanks for Mel for the finding the following video.
