Five times for time:
30 Push ups;
50 m Frog hop;
50 m Bear crawl;
50 m Flying burpees;
50 m Walking lunge.
Then, a fun running event. 400 m run, win and out style for first, second, and third places.

Crap – I thought it was 25 pushups, not 30!?!?!?!?!? did i get it wrong? Now I don’t remember what I did – but that isn’t unusual – short term memory loss.
