    I think “Perfect Squat” deserves a regifted a workout name. What about something with a little more spunk? I heard “Squat Girl” today which would translate to “S.G.” This, with some stretch of the imagination, in short, becomes “Super G”.

    “Perfect Squat” is just a little lack luster and it sounds like something from the times of raw hide loin cloths. You know, Stands with a Fist, Kicking Bird, Perfect Squat…
