Swim Buddy

This workout compliments of TJ Cooper of CrossFit East, one of our many mentors and all around good guys. Many of you met TJ when he visited several years ago and learned first hand who he is. Thanks for all you do, TJ, and for this workout.

Mobility: roll your feet with the pain ball, PNF hamstring stretch.

With a partner:
AMRAP 20:05
Buy in: 200 double unders, 5 rope ascents
Then
10 toes to bar
6 burpees
28 American KB Swings 35/52
While one partner is working on this triplet, the other partner is doing flutter kicks. Switch when necessary.
