The Bear

That’s right, The Bear is today. Only, a bit different in our goals. We have traditionally tried to increase the weight each of the five rounds.

Today, go big on the third round and see how that change affects your total. It should provide some PR’s for many of you. Then the fourth and fifth sets allow an opportunity for volume and allows you to work on the places where your form failed you on the heavier weight. Fun? Heck, yes!

Seven evolutions of the following movement equals one round.
Power clean
Front squat
Press
Back squat
Press

Remember, you cannot let go of the bar and the power clean is a touch and go start.
