Three minutes, max reps:

135/95 power cleans, rest one minute;

muscle ups/pull ups, rest one minute;

double unders.                             Rest three minutes.

Two minutes max reps:

power cleans, minus one minute;

muscle ups/pull ups, minus one minute;

double unders.                              Rest two minutes.

One minute max reps:

power cleans, minus one minute;

muscle ups/pull ups, minus one minute;

double unders.

Score is three numbers, max reps in each exercise.
