Interestingly, no one at the 6 AM chose KBs :).
I thought KBs were a no-brainer….Awesome WOD!
The best comment I heard about this workout was from Kendra, who was “complaining” about how hard it was, only to look over and see “Joanie, tiptoeing through the tulips” happy as can be :).
