*** After the first 50 Double Unders, exercisers may choose from one of the following:
60 American Kettle Bell Swings 1.5 pood (red)/1 pood (blue)
Run 800 meters
Row 1000 meters

Interestingly, no one at the 6 AM chose KBs :).

    The best comment I heard about this workout was from Kendra, who was “complaining” about how hard it was, only to look over and see “Joanie, tiptoeing through the tulips” happy as can be :).
