Absolutely GREAT work by all during 13.3 today. We are so proud of the effort and great energy you all brought to the gym today. Excellent job!

30 Muscle Ups

Personally, I love when they put “AMRAP” on these WODs. Yeah, okay, dudes. I’m sure I’ll get well into the second “round”.
