Anaerobic Endurance

Fancy way of announcing our running program.  We are offering an individual-specific running program beginning June 7, 2010.  This program will include three days of running each week.  We will meet one day per week as a class to do running skills and drills, in addition to a running specific workout.  The other two days, you will receive your running workouts to do on your own.  This program is designed to work with your regularly scheduled CrossFit workouts.

Your program will be four to six CrossFit workouts per week, and three running workouts.  The goal is to make you strong, durable, and fast. Whether your running goals include short events like a 5K or a 10K, or long events such as 50 milers, we will tailor the training to suit your event.

The class will cost just $40 per month and will run through September.  Sign up with Alan and be ready to improve your running.  Remember, running is a skill.  Train it that way.
