Another Fun Day of Exercising
Today’s goals are gymnastical in nature. The arch and hollow are important to how we move in all planes so make sure you understand the movement goals as well as how they translate to functional movement.
Warm up: three rounds
5 strict pull ups
10 burpees
15 leg levers
As a group, three rounds
V-ups
20 sec arch holds
20 sec hollow holds
Then:
Muscle up practice. If you got em, then do 10 x 1 muscle up + 3 ring dips
Then:
Seven rounds for time:
15 Russian KB Swings
10 push ups
5 leg levers
