Greetings from Cruise Director and Tinkerbell!   We did a work out called 3 five minute rounds today. It was MEAN! We did burpees, jumping pullups, sit ups, squats and box jumps. One minute of each and one minute rest between three rounds…aaarrrrggghhhh!
Three rounds for time: 10 – bodyweight squats, 25 – box jumps
