The easiest nutrition challenge we’ve ever undertaken begins tomorrow. If you’re in, great. If you’re not, that’s great too. Everyone feels differently about their food and their fitness. We know that food is an important part of your fitness.

If you’re in, take today to take pics of yourself before the challenge. Note the time of day and use the same clothing at the end. Make the metric you use the same at the beginning and the end. If you want a body composition test, go see Jason Bojar and get that done as well.
