Bench

The classic line from Globo Gym is “what’s your bench?”  Now we know.

Everyone had a PR between 5 and 25 pounds.  Roger was the big winner of the day with at 25 pound PR for a new one rep max of 265.  Pretty impressive at a bodyweight of 175.  Nice job, Roger.

Everyone had bigger numbers today and Monday when we tested our squat, deadlift, and press as well.  I guess this stuff really works.

So the next time you meet some meathead or Globo Gym Rat, you can now confidently advise of your “bench, dude.”

If only we could get the world to clean and snatch, what a beautiful place it would be.  Ah, we can dream, right?
