Benchmark Saturday

What an awesome day! Our energy was good, our people were excited, if not a bit nervous, and everyone crushed the workouts.

And maybe a few crushed themselves.

Benchmark Saturday is for the month of November. There are two weeks left for you to get on the program. Is it important? Well, sure it is. You have the chance to do a few workouts you have been wanting to do, or re-do, and see what it’s like. An extra workout? But won’t I be over trained?

Get serious. What we do is pretty potent physically and mentally, but overtrained because you do one, two, three, or four extra workouts over a 30 day period? Really?

No, doing a few extra workouts won’t cause you to be overtrained. Get some of this fun with your team mates and join the fun. You may just learn something about yourself.
