Just a little, and only because the snow and ice don’t cover the ground…today…but that could all change very quickly, so sayeth the weather gods.

If you haven’t been on Sunday in a while, we are back at the gym at 9 am. Our Sunday workouts are fun and relaxed and generally involve a lot of standing and jawing after the class…well, before the class too. Is it a day of rest? Well, no, but everyone’s schedule ensures that we are not in as big a hurry to get somewhere else which is generally the case during the week.

So, relax. Kinda. Come out next week and enjoy the community of suffering we share. You will probably see some faces you don’t normally see during the week at the class you normally attend. And besides, it’s fun.
