Now that was an awesome, awesome WOD … in that painfully sick and twisted way we crossfitters seem to love! Great work by everyone today, especially the 8:15 party which rocked the 6:00 party’s asses … probably because their coach is just so awesome … and fashionable.

I don’t know about the rest of you but the wall balls in round 2 were absolutely horrific.
