Coan Deadlift Week 4

Week 4 of our Coan Deadlift Program was today. And things are starting to get pretty heavy. But never fear, because Dusty Lee is always near!

1x 2 Deadlift at 90% of Projected 1RM
5x 3 Speed Deadlift at 75% of Projected 1RM  – 90 seconds between sets

3x (not for time)
8 Stiff-legged Deadlifts
8 Barbell Rows
8 Wide-grip Pull Ups
8 Good Mornings
