And we didn’t forget the guys either. Guys shirts are at the gym too.

And just in time for those chilly fall mornings and winter days…we mean, just in time to start thinking about cooler weather, in July…

…so be ready for all of your lifts to increase, your times to decrease, and for those around you to be even more envious of you when you sport this new gear.

And be ready for another big week at the gym. We are rolling into week 4 of our deadlift program. Remember to channel Dusty Lee as you face the prospect of lifting near your one rep max for a double this week. Stronger us better and more desirable…and your midline will be more stable and able to tolerate your daily life.

    Deadlift dilemma
    If we did poorly on this week, should we repeat it or try to go on to week five?? I really only did one at the weight I was supposed to…?
