The Coan Program is impressively tough already.

Today’s work was:
1x 2 Deadlift at 80% of 1RM
8x 3 Speed Deadlift at 65% of 1RM – 90 seconds between sets

3x (not for time)
8 Stiff-legged Deadlifts
8 Barbell Rows
8 Wide-grip Pull Ups
8 Good Mornings

Remember that 1RM indicates your desired NEW 1RM (not your current one).
