Crossfit Uno!!

I didn’t have a traditional deck of cards so we decided to do it Uno style.

Red – Air Squats
Blue – Sit-ups
Yellow – Push-ups
Green – Burpees

+2 – Draw the next card and do it 2X
Reverse – Do the exercise you just did again
Skip – 1 min Rest
Wild Card – Athlete Choice
