Practice Day

Yep, the CrossFit Games workout 15.1 has been announced and today, we practice a few lifts for technique in order that when we do the Games workout we can hopefully be a tad more efficient. So, here, we go.

Practice the Snatch
Practice the Clean and Jerk
Then:
Six rounds for time
10 Push ups
15 heavy Russian KB Swings

For next week we shall do 15.1…
Amrap 9 minutes
15 Toes to bar
10 deadlift 115/75
5 snatch 115/75
Then immediately take six minutes to establish:
1 RM clean and jerk

Your score is total reps plus total weight of your clean and jerk for points.

Woohoo. This is going to be super fun!
