Oh, it’s on Kettlebell … it’s on!

We had an incredibly fun workout today and sorry for all that missed it but big props to all who braved the warm, February weather for some good old CrossFit-style fun. But before that, I have an important announcement to make.

If any of you assholes touch Kendra’s new lifting shoes, she’ll kill ya.

To be honest, if I had pink lifting shoes (hint hint, nudge nudge), I'd kill all who touched them as well.
