Day 3 of Nutrition Challenge

Today is a rest day in the gym.  But what are you doing for yourself today?  How is your diet been this week?  How have you been feeling? 

Assess your eating thus far, analyze how you feel and see if you need to make adjustments.  Do you need to add more protein to your breakfast?  More green carbs to your dinner?  Do some meal and snack planning today. 

Then grab the skis, the snowshoes, or the dog and go for a walk.
