Warm Up:
As a Group

10 Jumping Squats
10 Push Ups
10 Leg Levers
10 Mountain Climbers (2 count)

Mobility:
Squat with PVC pipe
Sit in Squat 1 minute

Max Effort:
Deadlifts
3-3-3-3-3

Each deadlift is a single and you must reset after each lift (i.e., let go of the bar, stand up, etc.).
