Then
50 Double Unders or 100 Singles

Mobility:
PNF Hamstring
Hip Flexor
PVC Pass-through

Max Effort
Should Press
8 @ 70%
5 @ 75%
3 @ 80%
3 @ 85%
1 @ 90%
