It’s been quite a while since we busted out the old FGB WOD but what better than a Friday and after the CF Total to boot. w00t!

Very fun morning (well, at the 6 AM class … I can’t speak for those damn 8:15’ers; bunch of trouble makers they are). And lots of awesome work by you all.

1 Minute Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75 lb./55 lb.
1 Minute Box Jumps 24″/20″
1 Minute Push Press 75 lb./55 lb.
1 Minute Row (for calories)
1 Minute REST

Remember, it could’ve been worse. We could have done the 5 round variation!
