The suck factor went up today for most of us. Today was more about workload and durability and speed. And it took most more than 30 minutes to finish the fun.

Bear crawl down
Backward bear crawl back
Superman to hollow down
Inchworm push up back
Do this three times

Mobility:
Pain ball vs. glutes
Pain ball vs. shoulders

Then:
10 rounds: 5 push ups/10 pull ups/15 pull ups
10 rounds: 5 box jumps 20/24/ 10 wall ball 14/20/15 American KB swings 36/52
