Warm up to include the Burgener warm up and the Rock and Roll drill.

Mobility: shoulders and bands.  Wall sit with your back on the floor, open your hips.

Overhead Squats 3-2-1-1-1-1-1

Then:

7 minute, AMRAP

7 American KB Swings 52/35, 7 push ups

Keep up the good focus on your nutritional needs.  Remember that the better the fuel you put in, the better the performance you get out of the engine.  It’s the only engine you have.  Treat it well, and have fun with it.
