    This one definitely found the ‘suck’ part of the fun/suck cycle for me tonight. Which is kinda funny cause I LIKE deadlifts and I LIKE box jumps and I almost like pullups (I’m convinced I will actually like them once I don’t need the bands). So why the heck did this one suck so much? Right from the very beginning?

    Oh well. On a better note I know my grip was more in the right spot for the pullups cause I have blisters on two fingers. Not my palm calluses, my fingers.

    Funny Josh! It does look like that! That would be one way to work on midline stabilization.

    I loved this one. It took me a LONG time to recover last night but I felt great this morning!
