About working out.
I read this website occasionally, and this article has some good information about growing older and why we should workout. And by workout, we mean some form of resistance training.
In fact, we have had quite a few ladies roll in our gym with early signs of osteoporosis and have those signs completely gone within three months. Resistance training is good for the body on several different levels. So, tell all of your friends that what we do is good for you and we should be happier and healthier and all we have to do is workout with fun and happy people.
