Maybe. As we get tired, our tendency is to have our form begin to fail. Just a little at first, and then..,maybe more than a little. The more we focus on , and maintain our form, the better our workouts will go.

Does that mean it gets easier? Nope. Quite the opposite. It gets harder, in part because we push harder as we improve.

So, with this in mind, attack this workout by focusing in good form. And remember, it only hurts if you go hard. Make it hurt in a good way.
