Yeah!  We were back to the park today for our Sunday Funday workout!  It was beautiful, but a little windy….

WOD:  2 times through

25 ball slams

15 burpees

25 sit ups

25 PVC OH squats

Sprint between all stations.   Finish with 100 stick jumps.
