Here we go again…

More fun to be had this week, and a word toward looking forward.

The food challenge will begin in a few weeks and if you are interested in cleaning up your food a bit before we begin the contest, you may have a leg up on the competition by making a few early mistakes that aren’t costly to your victory.

Second, don’t forget that we are having a special this month that involves bringing a friend. If they join the fun, you both did a discounted rate for next month. So, bring as many as you can.

Indian Summer has not arrived yet, so we are moving our Sunday morning workouts back to the gym for the season. If we have a warm day, we can always go outside at the gym…or jump in the river…
