It was an awesome morning here at Hypoxia. Lots of folks and great energy. The WOD fit the mood today for sure. There was a lot of group warm up and Sumo Deadlift work before the WOD so the shorter MetCon was kind of welcome.

One thing about these type of MetCons is that you (read: I) always underestimate them. They’re so much harder in many ways because you push through without stopping (or barely stopping). I can’t speak for you all but they always leave me quite gassed.

And, yes, I cleaned these bitches off the floor before front squatting them unlike head coach who used the lame rack 😉 … I mean, I need something to torment him over!
