It’s swim workout day

We are getting our swim on at the pool tonight. The workout starts at 8, so be there a few minutes early to get the workout, prepare yourself for the impending doom, er, fun, and be ready. And it’s always good for a few stares from the crowd and a nice soak afterward.

But before then:

Warm up: 3 x
100 jump rope jumps
10 kb swings
10 push ups
10 T2B

Mobility:
hip flexor
shoulders on the bands

Drill:
Dirty Dancing, thanks, Don McCauley
Rock and roll, thanks to Don as well

Then:
Hang Snatch for one rep max

Then:
30-20-10
Stick jumps 20/24
Russian KB swings 52/70
Knees to elbows
