Let the March Begin

As February came to a close, we saw lots and lots of kettle bell swings as many of us frantically worked to get our 1000 in for the month. Personally, I thought it was an excellent monthly challenge as honing your kettle bell swings helps build explosive hip power, grip strength and conditioning that you will be able to put to good use going forward. Great job everyone!
