It’s interval time!

We are very interested in constantly varied work. Part of our consideration in the work is also the intensity, as intensity is one of the major factors in how we progress athletically. Today’s effort is about going as hard as you can for a short period, resting for a short period, and then running it up to the redline again.

Doing this workout with the objective of “just getting the work done” is an entirely different work system and will have different results. Both types of work are good, but our higher intensity today is the goal.

With that in mind…

50 wall ball
rest two minutes
100 double unders
rest one minute
35 push press 45/75

All sets unbroken. If you can’t do them unbroken, then all sets as quickly as possible, and in as few sets as possible.
